Move Mindfully

I teach all-level yoga classes that prioritize mindfully moving with the breath. This approach is the foundation of my teaching style both on and off the mat, whether in the gym or in daily life.

As you learn to move with your breath, you establish a deeper connection with your body. This awareness will prove to be your most impactful teacher, empowering you to unlock your inner strength and become more present, energized, strong, and connected.

I offer private and small group yoga sessions, classes, and workshops that blend mindful movement, functional strength, and restorative practices to support your body through every season of life.

 

Whether you're looking to recover, build strength, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with yourself, my offerings are tailored to meet you where you are.

 

Sessions are available in my home studio, at your home (Issaquah, Bellevue, Sammamish, North Bend, Carnation).

 

You can also access free yoga classes on YouTube, guided meditations on Insight Timer, and join me at retreats and events co-hosted with Kula Yoga Events.

Heidi's Yoga Strong class is excellent for building strength, and Heidi has an incredible infectious energy that keeps me coming back. I do not love ‘reps’, but I love this class because it starts and ends with yoga and helps me build strong muscles that keep me doing all of the other outdoor activities that I adore.
